Content Rights and Station Removal Policy

Simple FM Radio: Live Stations is the Google Play listing for Android package io.vietts.sonara, published by PureSoft Limited. Waveradio - Live AM FM Radio is the App Store listing for the iOS app, offered by the seller identified on that listing. Each app is provided by the publisher or seller named in its own store listing. The apps help listeners discover radio stations and tune to the stream endpoints those stations publish.

Directory and tuner operation

Simple FM Radio is a radio directory and native tuner. When a listener selects a station, the native player on the listener's device connects directly to the stream URL returned for that station. Broadcaster audio does not pass through a Simple FM Radio audio relay.

We do not host, upload, proxy, rebroadcast, record, convert, or offer offline downloads of broadcaster programming. We do not remove DRM or bypass access controls or geographic restrictions applied by a broadcaster.

Directory source and listing standards

Station names, tags, homepage links, and stream endpoints are compiled from public radio directory sources and from the stream and playlist files publicly published on a station's own homepage, and are corrected based on information supplied by a station or rights holder.

We list a station only where its stream endpoint is published for open public access, and we connect to that endpoint exactly as published. We do not circumvent authentication, tokens, DRM, or geographic restrictions that a broadcaster applies to a stream, and we do not extract stream endpoints from services that gate them.

We act on reports and on verified requests from stations and rights holders, and we remove or restrict a listing that we determine to be unauthorized, deceptive, or incorrectly attributed. Availability of directory data does not transfer ownership of broadcaster programming, station names, logos, or other protected material to either app or its users.

Ownership and affiliation

Broadcasters and other rights holders retain ownership of their programming, station identity, names, logos, and other protected material. A station's appearance in the directory does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or ownership by either app, by PureSoft Limited, or by the seller of the iOS listing.

Requests from stations and rights holders

If you operate a listed station or are authorized to act for a relevant rights holder, you may ask us to correct, restrict, or remove a listing. Email m@puresoftltd.com with:

• Your full name, organization, role, and a work email address associated with the station or rights holder.
• The station name, station homepage, and affected stream URL or Simple FM Radio listing details.
• The requested correction, restriction, or removal.
• Information reasonably sufficient to verify your authority to make the request.

We review complete, verified requests and take appropriate action, which may include correcting metadata, disabling access to a stream URL, or removing the listing. We may contact you for additional verification before acting on a request.

We handle contact details, correspondence, and verification information submitted with a request as described in our Privacy Policy.

Report misuse

To report a stream that appears unauthorized, deceptive, unavailable, or incorrectly attributed, email m@puresoftltd.com with the station and stream details. This process is for directory corrections and removal requests; it does not decide ownership disputes between third parties.
