Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Airwave app for iOS and Android ("the app"), provided by VietTS Software. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method (Apple or Google) secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it in violation of any applicable law.

Subscriptions

If you choose to purchase an Airwave Premium subscription, payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Third-party content

The app provides access to radio stations and audio streams supplied by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, content, or accuracy of those streams, which are provided "as is".

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VietTS Software will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at VietTS Software's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
