This Privacy Policy explains how VietTS Software ("we", "us") handles your information in the Sonara iOS app ("the app"). By using the app you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address to create and authenticate your account.
• Content you create. The stations you favorite, your listening history, and your selected country are saved to our servers so they stay in sync across your devices.
• Sessions. We keep a record of your signed-in devices to keep your account secure and let you sign out remotely.
• Stored only on your device. Equalizer settings, sleep-timer preferences, and your last-played station are kept locally and never sent to us.

What we do not collect

We do not use advertising identifiers, third-party analytics, or tracking SDKs. We do not collect your precise location or GPS data. The app has no in-app purchases and we do not process any payment information. We never sell or rent your personal data.

How we use your information

We use your information only to provide and synchronize the service, authenticate you, and keep your account secure.

Where your data is stored

Synced data is stored on servers operated for VietTS Software and transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access is restricted to what is needed to operate the service.

Data retention

We keep your account and synced data while your account is active. When you delete your account, the associated data is removed.

Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account at any time inside the app: open Account → Delete Account. This removes your account and your synced data (favorites, listening history, country, and sessions). You can also request deletion by emailing m@puresoftltd.com.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at m@puresoftltd.com.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Third-party content

Radio stations and their audio streams are provided by third parties. Their content and privacy practices are governed by those third parties, not by us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
