Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern this website and the related radio applications. PureSoft Limited operates this website and publishes Simple FM Radio: Live Stations on Google Play for Android package io.vietts.sonara. Waveradio - Live AM FM Radio is the related iOS application on the App Store, offered by the seller identified on that listing. The applicable publisher or seller provides the version identified in its store listing; the website and both apps are referred to together as "the service". By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the applicable app-store and platform terms.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method (Apple or Google) secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it in violation of any applicable law. You must not use the service to record, download, redistribute, circumvent access controls for, or otherwise exploit third-party broadcaster content without permission.

Subscriptions

If you choose to purchase a Premium subscription, payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Radio directory and playback

The service is a radio directory and native tuner, not a broadcaster or audio-hosting service. When you select a station, the native player on your device connects directly to the stream URL listed for that station. We do not host, upload, proxy, rebroadcast, record, convert, or offer offline downloads of third-party programming, and we do not bypass access controls or geographic restrictions applied to a stream.

Third-party content and marks

Station listings are compiled from public radio directory sources, from information publicly published on a station's own homepage, and from corrections supplied by stations and rights holders. A listing does not mean that we own, operate, endorse, or are affiliated with a station. Broadcasters and other rights holders retain ownership of their programming, names, logos, and other protected material. Stream availability, programming, advertising, privacy practices, and geographic access may be controlled by third parties.

Rights holders can request a listing correction or removal under our Content Rights and Station Removal Policy. We act on verified requests and remove or restrict listings we determine to be unauthorized, deceptive, or incorrectly attributed.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the applicable service provider identified in the relevant store listing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the relevant service provider's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
